Speed Dating requires you to sit down for 5-7 minutes with a complete single opposite sex stranger and interview and assess each other... Who wants to do that? This is for a potential date, not a job opportunity.

Meeting random people and learning random facts about them is no way to test potential chemistry. When we go out to meet singles, we want to be able to really show our personality. The interview format of traditional Speed Dating is awkward and uncomfortable, and that is no way to feel when looking for a date. You want to feel confident, happy, and a part of the fun.
