This year’s Christmas Eve Candlelight Dinner menu features hearty, holiday selections created by guest chef Josh Young, as well as a number of Humble Pie favorites.  Dinner hours are 5-10 and reservations are encouraged.  Special menu items include:

Mixed Greens, marinated beets, red onion, pecans, gorgonzola, orange balsamic vinaigrette

Butternut Squash Soup w/ Neese’s sausage, fresh sage    *vegetarian option available*

Garlic-studded Leg of Lamb w/ white beans and rosemary

Roast Pork Loin, potato puree, caramelized fennel

Airline Chicken Breast w/ rutabaga, proscuitto tuille
